>>So the guy that wrote the Barrons article has had his registration cancelled with SEC - now that's what you should be talking about.Do you think he just let it expire?<<

I certainly don't want to get in bed with the shorts here but I also don't want us to be running off on some witch hunt. He probably DID just let his registration expire. There may be reasons that he decided not to continue in the business that are not so pristine but this cancellation means nothing. Investment advisors open up and close down everyday just like any other business. I'm sure there are many fine and upstanding citizens on this list who just chose to make their living in another way and if we believe that being on this list makes one a criminal, we are painting them with a very sloppy brush. Let's not slip to the level of the shorts. The man is innocent until proven guilty.

That would be the logical conclusion, if you read the regulation which was used to cancel it, without being under the influence.

>> Besides, he hasn't been with Osicom for over a year, now. <<

What does 1 year have to do with anything?

>> Do you think he just let it expire? <<

How should I know? I don't know Mr. Alpert the way some people think I do.
