the true DGIV investor has gone through 2 tough months of "silence", believing in his/her investment despite this quiet period. Now, things are starting to turn around as we now "know" of several additional countries with a DGIV presence. IMO, the "worse" for us is over, and we are on the upswing again. A little bit of patience will go a long way! MMs games here and there will make absolutely no difference in the long run. In fact, if one believes that DGIV is "waking up" from a 2 month slumber, the price at this point is actually a gift!
