Chrysler didn't need to prove itself as a worthwhile company. Osicom does, as it has never delivered a consistent profit for it's shareholders. In fact it has delivered mostly heavy losses. Many of the former companies which management has been involved with are worthless or close to it as well. There are many affiliated transactions with this company (starting from day one, the way this company came public). These affiliated transactions open the door to financial abuse or outright fraud.

Osicom management has brought all this on themselves by the way they run the company. It is obvious that they are more interested in structuring the company for their own selfish benefit (at the expense of shareholders), and they don't care much about the long-term success of the stock or how people perceive Osicom.
