So what happens now?

have unequivocally shaken out a smoking gun

Do we as shareholders have any power to resolve the mgmt situation? Is a class action suit against the Rabins and Softquad for failure to disclose substantive information in order or even appropriate at this time? I agree the gun has been fired...perhaps several times and so far they've gotten away with it.

Perhaps instead of a class action we can call for a reorganization of management. I still believe that Softquad has a golden key for the future. Their experience and technology is first rate.

Senior management, on the other hand, is at best third or forth rate. It seems obvious to me that the best solution is to demand for new management. I'm not familiar with SEC rules, but it seems to me like (based on the statements in this thread) that the current triumverate of Rabins, Rabins and Schneider have not played the game by the rules. If and only if that is the case, then it is time for a new set of players.

Looking over this rant, I find that I'm starting to read a little like esecurities :) Now that I've taken a deep breath, I'm still faced with the question. What happens now, and what should be done about it?

I was re-reading the posts in this thread "the company confirmed this morning that William Perrault is no longer associated with Alpha Software" and had a thought. Does anyone know under what circumstances William Perrault left Alpha? Was there a layoff/restructuring?

Esecurities, you seem to have excellent contacts with the company. Do you know, or can you ascertain if there was a layoff or under which circumstances William Perrault left Alpha Software? Can you also try to find out if there was a restructuring and any other significant information for us.

Thanks.
