Well Tim, looks like the company MDCO is pretty solid from the ground up. I like the idea that they are debt free, and that they have long term contracts for drilling.

Another bonus in my op¡nion is that they are moving to the NYSE and leaving the MM circus behind.

Any idea when this is to occur?
