Janice: Very briefly perused the SEXI thread - worse than MTEI thread :) I came across the following link and would be remiss if I did not post. While the administrative proceedings I have reviewed indicate a slap on the wrist may be the likely outcome IF any wrong doing is found by the SEC, the worst case scenario would be along these lines, IMO: Message 551955 I do not know the whole story behind SEXI nor am I going to (not enough time) but since Janice brought it up, I figured I would take a look. Looks like some people ultimately want to jail on this one. So I guess, it all really hinges on whether Jack is an honest man or not - IMO, if he can provide evidence that he was taken by ICVI (but is obviously still responsible for PRs) its a slap on the wrist. If he is a scam, the SEC will determine this and will file lawsuits against him more along the lines of SEXI. Actually, if the SEC simple issues a cease & desist administrative proceeding, it kind of vindicates Jack in an odd sort of way. The preceding is an excursion into speculations predicated on the assumption that the SEC actually finds MTEI to be in the wrong. FWIW, Eric
