JSaf...We may never know as I have had the unpleasant experience of discovering that getting through to Oracle PR is even harder than getting through to the equivalent at IDX. That is to say, I called Oracle and after getting bounced from one person to another, was finally assured that the next connection was the person to whom I needed to speak. And guess what? It's voice mail... !! I held no hope that Oracle in CA would return a call to someone in NY, so I didn't bother leaving the message. The phone bill will remind me of my effort, however. Jean
