If i may, no not at David's brokerage house nor mine. No margin until 3.00 on the bid side. btw, the TSE is down 70 points but Napier is still up with house #002 buying over 34,000 and selling none, zero. Another up day and 3.00 will be history soon.

Hi Alastair:

It all depends who your broker is - mine is Scotia McLeod. They set the rules - and they will not allow any margin on NIR below $3. Each broker has different margin criteria - and it is quite variable for the penny stocks between brokers.
