Probably just nobody is trading right now, it's done that a few times in the past few months.
I haven't heard of anything else that might hold up trading.

AS OF 10:50 edt, BID 1.5 cents, Ask 1.8 cents, Volume 309,000. Excellent volume again today!! AGTI is up 6% while the dow is down 200 points. Any thoughts!? Good Luck
