Goeff, I too wish to add a hearty thank you! Great job and very helpful.

Re: possible launch delay, I too am not that concerned but would like to know the reason. There are all sorts of rumors, one of which is the shroud won't fit around the 12 sats and/or the sats won't fit on the rocket.

Also, thanks Jackson for the site on Angel - the high altitude jet "flying antenna." This is a private company which I think is going to have a tougher go than even the blimps.

Sounds good to me! I had thought about SAC=secondary area coverage, and RAC=remote area coverage, but couldn't come up with anything for UAC. Maybe someone from SS will see this and give us an authoritative clue. :-)
