CREAF Upgraded!!! cbs.marketwatch.com Creative Technology upgraded Multimedia tools manufacturer Creative Technology Ltd. (CREAF) rose after BancAmerica Robertson Stephens analyst John Rossi raised his rating to "buy" from "long-term attractive." Rossi cited the company's low price, a series of new products and potential Christmas season sales. Although the company missed fourth-quarter estimates due to weakness in Asia and pricing pressure, Rossi believes Creative can exceed its lowered guidance for fiscal 1999. Shares edged up 5/8 to 11 1/16.
