The latest talk with MDCE: Jeff posted this over on Raging Bull early this afternoon, and I am taking the liberty (without his permission) to re-post it here. He posts under "jefsyl" and is one of our very well-informed shareholders, being that way through his calls and visits to MDCE. I quote: Latest news! I just talked with Bob Torres, to check-up on where we are at, after being on vacation for the last week. It appears that all is moving forward, the co-ventures/co-productions that were being discussed with Magellin have been signed, by them. The agreement is now in MDCE's hands, and will be signed. Look for a newswire tomorrow, or the next day, as they should be sending one out. The first Movie starring James Gardner called "Tuesdays Letter" will be the first, and should be in preproduction within two weeks. There is allot more to there working with Magellion than appears on the surface, I would suggest anyone interested to call MDCE to find out more. This partnership could be one of the keys to the future for us, as investors. As I understand it Magellin at this time is not a public company or is not trading at this time, I will try and find out more about them in the future, but from what I no about them so far, they would like to be. Now if we look at the possibility of MDCE(shell & it's ability to obtain financing) + Magellin (connections)=possible something big? We will just have to wait and see what happens, I don't want to start any merger/acquisition rumors at this time, but it just seems logical to me that something might be in the works down the line as they work together. The Gravel-Pit deal is in the final stages of completion, and should be finished sometime this month. They are just completing some of the fine details at this time, and as I understand it the 30 day continuance that was put in place, now has a extension, everything is still friendly. Hopefully next week I will be able to get more info on Magellin. Look for lot's of news from MDCE in the near future, things appear to be heating up quick.
