Hi Dan; For one thing I wouldn,t quote any thing out of James as being for the Church of God during this dispensation of grace. Many follow the "great commission" but they are in fact, in error. Our commission in this age of grace is to be reconciled to God and to tell others that we must be justified thru Jesus Christ so that we may become reconciled to God. Go into all the world? A Jewish command. Be reconciled? Our great commission. "16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 1 Cor. 5:16-18 "8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Dan, I suppose I've left the flavor through my posts that I've been defeated by the government. That is not true, however I do not and will not try to change our government. I will continue to vote for candidates (even if there not mainline) whose platforms are in line with Biblical principles. The way I want to change this country is by reaching out to one person at a time with the Gospel message. The more people that embrace Christ and the Bible, the more this country has a chance to be what it should be. I want to work my mission field (ie. my workplace) for Christ and let Him take care of everything else. I'll talk with you soon. Bob
