actually, as an excapee from the judicial system ( K Starr couldn't get here to question the petit jury in Lamar County, Tx )
I noticed the move starting just as I came in the door, turned on my computer, and put my attention to the market at
11:02 am EDT ......... gggggg

BUT
the BBx has been turned on and has given me a time based alert for a move within the next hour ......

Actually that move started at 11:25-11:26 when the DOW was down 28. There was an earlier move at the time you specified but that was when the DOW was around negative 33 and then moved to the negative 28 level.

My post was timed at 11:29, so give about 1.5-2 minutes for typing having it actually posted, so my timing was quite on.
