Jeff, It thought the stop order that was placed by Mr. Pierce was supposed to basically cancel or stop any sales of the additional shares and therefore the share increase? If the shareholders are the only ones who can raise the share cap, they should automatically be null and void; I would think.

If the additional shares were bogus then one would think they would be cancelled and that would be the end of the story.
