Tim, <<concerns about permitting are not real>> I have found your comments about permitting right on target in the past. There are lots of reasons to be concerned about the dirt's, however permits are way down my list at the current time. I don't have serious concerns about the quality of Maxam's dirt, only economic recovery and look forward to that concern dissipating soon. Then we can go down the list of other important issues. Hard to believe that MXAM stock is selling so cheap. Have you taken a position yet?

Tim: Bema Gold has been working on this little deposit (a few hundred thousand ounces, if memory serves) for a long, long time. I wouldn't be surprised if they just throw up their arms, declare victory, and forget the whole thing.
