Paul ... I'm still looking for that 1% up day on high volume... hasn't happened yet, but ya never know!! Today is very low volume though..... I'm still bearish......time will tell..... CELL looking better though, BTW...

Bob Brinker(#Subject-10880) confirmed this weekend on his radio show that the market most likely put-in its low last week.

Further, he stated that the market was an outright buy on any closing of Dow 8650 or S&P 1090 or below.

I didn't wait for the IBD 1% rule, and have loaded-up with diversified mutual funds. Hopefully the O'Neill 1% rule will confirm Bob's market call.
