This from the SEC:
"The scheme, which involved the abuse of Form S-8, included bribes paid to newsletter writers to promote and disseminate misleading information about the company over the Internet. "

OK, this one was over the Internet. Next one might be in a news magazine.

This, too, from the SEC:
"In addition, the SEC has increased its use of trading suspensions to minimize investor harm by intervening early in ongoing market manipulations when there is misinformation about the issuer in the market. "

Different issue, but comes from text that discusses reasons for many new rules and delistings.

It could be that Mr.Edwards could not meet the new protection rules, so didn't file to keep registration. Seems unethical, anyway, to be writing a story in baron's about a company when you are not impartial.
For those who say we should leave him innocent until proven guilty, tell me if this is how he handled Par Chadha? In fact, since his defamation article, there is more evidence that Mr. Edwards is in trouble with the SEC, while nothing has surfaced about Osicom.

Bryon, this came from a linked article in your post. Thanks!
