JL; To become a winner at all times I have trained my emotioN, my mood and my mind to be cool at all times " cool like a rock" I am not excited and I am not fear or worried, I just carry forward at good times and at bad times as well. If you didn't train like this you could not have good timing of trading, you will either buy at high or sell at low or miss a real and golden opportunity. JL; I am still counting that the ## of days from the bottom.
As of today:

VSE index hit 468.00 new low, so the ## of days is nil for VSE index.

DML no new low; the ### of days is +1. HAHAHA!!!!!! ,one day bullish to say the least.

CWA no new low; the ### of days is +1. Bullish a bit, bid is .07, with 17,000

VSE index tells you that general market is still very bearish, DML and CWA a day bullish.
