To all LWAY investors hanging in there:

I called the CEO today to see if all was well at Lifeway.
Mike was very upbeat, especially about the sales of Basics Plus. A shipment of 20,000 qts is going out. This is not to be confused with shipments to the Ukraine. It's for here in the US. Last week was LWAY's highest for sales.

8 oz. servings are to be released in a few weeks. He mentioned convenience stores. Children will now be able to take to school with them. If anyone has seen kids drink kefir they'll know what a plus to revenues this will bring.

Next Qtr he will be selling envelope packets of kefir grains which when added to 1 qt of milk and allowed to sit 14-15 hrs, will become delicious Lifeway kefir. Profit margins are even higher with this product. He was very excited about this. He's constantly being asked for this kind of product, especially in SE Asia where the people are the most lactose intolerant.

He just returned from a food show in the midwest. There's great interest for B.P. There's another one coming up in Baltimore in Sept.

I asked about new supermarkets which will carry products in the U.S., but he would not say at this time.
The new web site featuring the "functional food" writeup talks about another upcoming collaboration. I asked for specifics, he refused, but look for the press release.
