Tip, Jan, after the Xmas tout season, has been the best time to buy puts on the pc related stocks, but they have collapsed so often at other times that I wouldn't want to limit myself. The worst time has tended to be in March and April, when Golden Week shuts down fabs and the bulls call it a bottom, every year, <G> and in July, when the bulls see Xmas on the horizon.

I think Dell has to have at least nominally good news, because they have been beating the drum about how wonderfully they are doing. I don't believe it, but the massaged numbers will probably "prove" it.
