Sometimes I think the VIX can indicate a change, most or the time
it's a reaction, only thing I've looked at today has been the
tick. It seems to me the S/MMs are distributing on the moves up.
I'm getting more like LG, and trying to see what the S/MMs are
doing. That's very subjective, and short term. It seems they
are not concerned with any longer trend but play it by the
order flow. If one can get a hold of their shirt tail then
sooner or latter you wind up on the right side of the trend.
This "feel" for when the S/MMs are distributing or accumulating
just has to be something you develop , explaining it leaves
open to much controversy as much of what I look at is rather obscure, additionally I've finally concluded is not in my best interest,
to try to explain it beyond the point of what it is I "think"
I see, and right now it's distribution.
So I exited my DIA earlier and 1/2 pt above my stop.
