but keep in mind that's just the NYSE,
a check from time to time of the change in up / down volume
means looking several times a day and noting the ratio each
time. ( as you may start with down volume say 4 to 1, and
latter find you still have down volume but it's less tha 2 to 1
so that takes a running check at
quote.yahoo.com
but it lets you rope in the Nasdaq
