Exactly the question I asked when I read the ad, especially since I have yet to see my mail order box from TVL. I will be doing some travelling this week and should be in a town that has an H.H. Gregg (according to the flyer). If at all possible, I plan to pay a personal visit. I could call, but I'm very curious as to what else I might be able to learn by playing the "innocent consumer" with the sales rep.

I will certainly post whatever I find out.
