Yeah, I think I picked five, what do I win.

Serious Joel, thanks a ton for your information.

Although it isn't great news, it is understandable and we can see they're working fast to fix it. If they can execute their plans this quarter, I will definitely load up on options before the next CC. I think getting the on-net numbers up will be a huge boost for the stock.

Hi Joel!

I understand they brought in this ex-MCI CFO (who knows Nate, the biz and real estate) - Rick Uhl who since end of '97 has headed the "WCII for buildings" division.

Also that it typically has taken 90-120 days from contract signing to deployment, and Rick is working on improving this to under 60 days.

Consequently Dan in IR claims they are track to add a LOT of hubs for Q3 and Q4 and plan to have conservatively between 110 and 115 hubs up by year end (which is in the 25-27 hubs/Q range for Qs3&4). Purportedly, the previous "lag" was not in ANY way the result of holding up *intentionally* for P-MP build, or any other reason.

Joel, how do they see provisioning progressing in GTE SAs?

BTW, thanks and don't be a stranger here.

Steve
