Who knows?... The whole market's in a funk. Also, their last quarterly report wasn't that great but it hinted at positive things in the future. Subsequent reports will show if they are truly on the right track. I'm betting they are (IMHO). Wouldn't hurt if oil prices went up either! ;-)

ARXA - Penny Paradise's Latest Pick!!!! ARXA was e-mailed out to members last night. The stock could have been (and was bought) at .56 this morning. It has since run as high as .67, though now has had a slight pullback (buying opportunity. Hopefully, we can all profit together. The past few weeks have been difficult for the market overall, including the penny stock market. We've seen the Dow drop hundreds of points, and the bloodbath on WallStreet has hurt the penny stock market. Combine the weak market with the summer doldrums, and its been a very difficult task locating any gems amongst the bulletin boards. The stock that has been selected has been beaten down on light selling in recent weeks. It has finally reached what I consider a "bargain" level. Technically and fundamentally the stock is sound, and has been unfairly brought down in the market. The Stock: Arxa International Petroleum Ticker Symbol: ARXA Recent Price: .54 by .56 Shares in Float: 4 million Shares Outstanding: 21 million* Share numbers drawn from information prior to recent wave of acquisitions. Any new stock since these numbers taken, will be Restricted 144 stock which doesn't effect the public float. The Story: I've learned some very exciting things concerning Arxa International Petroleum (ARXA) today. In a matter of days, ARXA should be announcing the receipt of a financing package worth $8 to $10 million. This financing will be used to fund several profitable and producing oil properties. (As you may know, ARXA is currently bargain hunting in the oil and gas industry, taking advantage of low crude prices by purchasing properties at a discount. Once oil rebounds, ARXA will reap huge rewards). The first announcement may be as early as the first part of next week. In addition, buying from several sources is said to be entering the stock beginning tomorrow. Networks of brokers, etc, will begin promoting the stock. ARXA CEO Craig Ford is also rumored to have been in negotiations with several major brokerage firms. . . there is a possibility that developments stemming from the alleged negotiations will be forthcoming. If you take a look at the chart, ARXA looks tremendous: bigcharts.com A double bottom has occurred, indicating that any buying pressure should send ARXA skyward again. As a side note, I've been fairly accurate with ARXA in the past. I began a thread on SI at .32 by .35, just before the stock ran up to $1.50. I also predicted the recent run to $1. Many company officials are hoping that this will be the stock run that will bring us to an AMEX listing. Asset requirements are being met (by the recent and continuing wave of acquisitions), and all that really remains is the stock price. (Arxa is already fully reporting with the SEC).
