jeff, I don't know since most of those 10,000 share blocks are select net trades. FWIW earlier this morning there was quite a few 10000 share blocks at 6 and 5 15/16. I think the short positions purposely pushed those trades to see what might happen to 5 3/4 (had no effect on the mm line up). If the short interest decides that it will hold then some will want to take profits and cover before the others do. IMO this can easily inch us up over 7 over the next week. Must be patient as at this point we see very little intraday price fluctuation. I think the bargain hunters have put in buy orders at 5 3/4 since the downside risk is not too great compared to the upside potential. VLAD PS I think there is a message to Vivus management in the current stock price ie "Give us some news or else don't expect any stock price appreciation". Don't hold your breath.
