Ed, I disagree. I believe I heard Fowler say that there had been additional shipments to the INS, but there had been no revenues recognized. It makes sense to me that payment by the government would occur at some time, such as 60 days, after delivery. At that point, and J. Saf can chime in here with his professional understanding, you could see the revenues recognized. If I am right, we should see an increase in accounts receivables in the SEC filing. We have seen this phenomenon in other IDX quarters.

In fact, I think I want to see the 10K before trying to analyze 1Q99. Besides accounts receivable, it will provide more information on TP-600 sales growth.
