Just somewhat off topic.. about insurance company VTA.

Just wondering what you people think of VTA. Insurance company with accounting irregularities... who would want to insure from a company which can't handle it's books. just want to hear opinions from people who have interest (long or short) in similar companies (accounting irregularities). Is this a good shorting opportunity!!! in my opinion, yes.

rumors of takeovers usually start before a stock crumbles so those who know there is no deal can get out. Yes, I heard the story.. GE Capital ...bullshit, they are too smart.
