How about EGLS? I believe it's cash is ~$6/sh. Most cos. with a low price/book are getting killed in terms of competition, and hence the low valuations. But EGLS is a leader in the wafer probing equipment arena.

Will, A few more for the list. The cash numbers are from yahoo, but
in cases where I know or recall from more recent news, I've added my
calculations in parens. Yahoo seems to take a while to update their
figures in the tables. In some cases (ASYT & MTSN) they have acquired
companies that likely will change the figures somewhat.

SFAM 11.10 (9.00) WC is 210 on 16 mm shares (13.00)
ASYT 6.86 did a 24mm acquisition recently
SVGI 5.44 (4.75)
TGAL 2.43 (2.20)
COHU 5.91
CYMI 3.35
MTSN 2.80 did A recent acquisition (stock)
FSII 3.89
UTEK 7.62
LRCX 9.16
ADEX 6.00??? (a guess - too lazy to look more)
(ADEX also had an acquisition)
KLIC 3.00???
ESIO 3.00???

With the exceptions of ASYT (.19 before extraordinary item of .07) and
CYMI (.06), COHU (.53), ESIO (.50?) these all lost money last quarter.

Caveat emptor.
