I don't think that there is any insurance coverage for stupid management. The fact that the final leader of the company was named BUSTO should tell you something.

Wow, my last posting on Gandalf was a while ago. It must have been a year or more. I know nothing of Canadian laws. But no, unless there was actual corruption involved you wouldn't have a chance in any court I've ever heard of.
