We appear to have bounced off 23/32 and are heading back down. Guess noone could wait longer for news or lack there of.

Dave, I have no idea what is the projected costs of the assets you suggest would serves collateral for the new loan, but I would doubt that without Hamilton and Brampton you would have sufficient collateral. In any event, an asset based loan, particularly if these assets have returns far greater than the interest on the loan is a good deal. The question is what kind of returns projections did Rene show to these money people and what will reality be.
