Why would they "want to avoid flippers"? BT Alex Brown wants to get the best price that the market will support for their client (DRIV). They could care less if people flip the stock.

FYI, I just talked to the snydication group of Bear Stearns in NYC. They told me that the driv ipo is a go for tomorrow. They will be pricing it tonite and I can call later and get the price. If I do get it I will post it later.. Good luck everyone,hope we make some decent money!!!!

Your sources (presumably non-alien high-school graduates) know that DRIV will be opened at a low price so the price can go higher to not reward flippers who, by this logic, would make big bucks were the price driven lower? To think that I blew graduate-school tuition so many moons ago when I could have simply held out for a message-board education..
