Papillon, the patents are indeed real, but that doesn't mean they are worth anything. It's not that hard to patent something. A patent is merely a publication. As an example, consider COPY, or Copytele, which has much in common with Turbodylution: both companies use options as a disclosure-free method of financing the co., both companies have diluted their stock tremendously, both tout their patents, both have touted alliances and joint ventures that never amounted to anything, both have focused on 'marketing' their product in countries that are far away from the eyes of US investors, and both have seen zero revenue from the products they have been developing and patenting for years. Just remember, having a patent does not mean having a valuable technology. It just means having a technology that has been described in a publication.

Papillon, I have decided to hold off on my posts on Turby's SI thread for a while, unless there is significant reason to do so. This thread is starting to make the Yahoo thread look like a kindergarten class. YUK. It is hard for most to separate the wheat from the chaff. They don't need irrelevant things to unduly confuse the real issues. So, until the company releases news regarding the real issues, I will be active elsewhere. Time for a few days off (carrying my cellular) cheers.
