George, Per your post:

Seems you should be mad at Joe Murphy for using convertible preferreds. You guys can yell at me as loudly as you wish, but just remember, I DIDN'T DO IT! I didn't sell convertible preferreds. I didn't sell millions of shares.

George, I don't see your point, why would anyone be "mad" at Murphy for raising cash using the Convertible Preferred? That money was needed by the company and those shares have been factored in the incredible rate of revenue growth I posted just today. The numbers prove to us that the money must have been well used and that the company is on track with it's goal and that is all that matters to me.
(well, it would be nice if our share price reflected some reasonable fraction of our fundamental value, but I can wait on that one being realized. (G))

James

George, look at your message. "If you guys spent as much time..." As opposed to whom? YOU?! Just a few posts back, you were thanking James (and deservedly so) for his excellent, selfless efforts in analyzing the situation. Then you swallow Charles' comments and start ragging on people. Well, which George are we supposed to believe? The one who thanks another poster for providing useful information -- and a sweat-free education -- or the one who now is suddenly smelling a skunk, is questioning management's sincerity and business acumen, etc.? It seems to me that you can't have it both ways.

Besides, as best as I can tell, you haven't done crap relative to digging into DCI, and if true, then how the hell can you make an informed judgment about anyone's post?! You can't. Rather, you climb up your emotional flag pole and constantly get buffeted by your doubts and relative insecurity. Then you endeavor to transfer your angst to whomever is the most convenient target on this thread.

I'm not carping on you. There are stronger words for it. For your own health and everyone else's sanity, either make up your mind about YOUR investment decision -- good, bad, whatever -- and live with it, or sell!

As for Joe Murphy, I have disagreed with some of his tactics in the past, e.g., posting on SI, although it often was very useful and informative, but I am more than comfortable with where I believe he's taking us, to the tune of this being by far my largest personal holding. Moreover, I am actively encouraging friends and family to take a look THEMSELVES! Sorry, way too busy for hand-holding.

It's unfortunate that Joe's hard work will some day benefit those who did naught but whine and bitch every step of the way. Or worse.
