Advest seems to be biased toward low volatility i.e., big blue chip stocks that pay dividends. Not a bad bias in today's market.

Any expectations re Q3? Seagate I think is doing well but WDC still seems to be in the dumps.

(Nasdaq:SFLX - news) Wednesday announced customer qualification of its volume Flip-Chip-on-Flex (Flip-chip) line located within its precision manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.

The new Flip-chip line, which incorporates both fully- and semi-automated Flip-chip die bonding capability, has a capacity of 40,000 units per week and can be expanded to meet customer requirements.
