LOL, no juxtaposition allowed!!

Company is trying the new number. I figured it was a juxtaposition from the number you listed for getting a copy of the certificate of non-existence. Sounds like a valuable document. Will let you and the thread know what I hear, when I hear it.

OK, I have just heard from the company and this is the story. Planet City Software was just created this May when they bought out the Planet City shell. The old Planet City was some sort of Internet Mall company which failed and which never submitted their list of directors/officers to the proper authorities. Apparently the new Planet City had not been notified of these requirements and had no idea they were not in good standing.

In any case, they are now aware and the papers are being faxed to them and will be signed and sent back to the Nevada authorities ASAP, so that they will very shortly be in good standing.

BTW, the company asked me to convey its thanks to you for your discovery. Should any future concerns arise, you can either post them or notify the company directly.

Thanks again.
