I agree. I know the CFO, Guglielmi, and the rest of the management team are well-regarded at TLAB, but is he personally worth more than the 750 million dollars in market cap we lost today on the news (i.e. -5% of 13.21 billion)? I guess people are speculating that this is (1) life-threatening or (2) earnings related, e.g. he's having a nervous breakdown because there is a disaster coming. If this is the reason TLAB and CIEN went down sharply today, this is really an ideal buying opportunity.

David--
I don't believe John was making any slap-

<Today's slap seems pretty uncalled for. People do get sick.>

The context was the conversion of CCSC into TLAB shares and as John
reported, his conversion was completed. Nothing sinister in that in any way. And thanx for posting the CFO LOA- Best wishes to him.

David just another example of extreme nervous brokers in the mrkt. Get out, don't take chances.etc. etc. I agree we are fortunate to have a great management team. Let's all get behind the cfo and wish him the best.... John
