Grupo, bgtit, and all others on SI

Just to clear the air.

1231912 is a company that was formed to hold shares for several shareholders of DCI to defer tax implications on Canadian rollover tax laws. I am neither a director or a controlling shareholder of this company. My allotment of shares have been filed with the SEC, as well as any exercising of options and sale of shares. The lawyers representing myself, this company and the other shareholders have cleared all matters and complied with all SEC regulations and filing requirements. It is my recollection that many of these issues were corresponded with DCI's attorneys a while back.

Now I would appreciate if you ask DCI how come it's executive officers and directors have not filed with the SEC all the required Form 3's and Form 4's that list all their shares and each time they exercise and acquire options. It could be that these forms have been filed but I cannot see them and it is possible that I am missing something. Could you please advise.

Charles
