How exactly does that help current stockholders? Until the stock trades again what difference does it make. They probably are not willing to waste resources that they can use investigating active companies.

It wasn't some open ended statement. Message 3021723 It simply stated that RMIL trading was halted from Dec. 22, 97 until Jan. 6, 98. After that time, MMs must satisfy the rules in 15c2-11 prior to providing quotes. Thus far, RMIL has not provided the information necessary for the MMs to satisfy this rule. Better questions could be directed to RMIL management as to why not? and how the hell did we get in this position? Where's the boat? Where are the operating plants in SA and Florida? th
