Terry, carry on. Unless one of the three below conditions are satisfied by the end of the week, I recommend that you move steadfast in your request for certain documents.

1) A letter to shareholders from management;

2) A conference call with shareholders and management; or

3) A press release clarifying Zulu's current status and business plan intentions

Also, the following comes from a post by Mkingsle on Yahoo. I believe it is SEC language:

"The SEC will respond formally to the registration statement with a comment letter specifying any deficiencies that need to be addressed. The company, in turn, may file a letter with the SEC responding to requests for information and describing proposed amendments to the prospectus. If the SEC is satisfied with the submission, it will indicate that it will declare the registration statement effective upon request. Because the prospectus must be circulated to potential investors at least two days before the investment decision, the SEC may at times determine that the preliminary prospectus contains a serious misstatement or omission that requires the company to recirculate an amended version of the preliminary prospectus. Where an offering structure is particularly complex, the company can request a prefiling conference with SEC staff to assist in resolving significant issues."

Is there a possibility, when you file your formal request for information, that you can ask if any SEC correspondence, similar to what's mentioned above, exists between the SEC and the Zulu and/or Enhanced?

Terry,

I also think you plan has merit. You spoke earlier about the high rates we may have to pay for an attorney on the coast. What will we get for these high rates? Someone who could care less about our situation and will bill us an outrageous fee to use the copy machine, and get in and out without any insights or observations?

No one local to El Segundo has volunteered. May I make a suggestion? There is one among us who seems to be held in high regards by many of the shareholders and the company. In my opinion this person has integrity above reproach, the courage of conviction, is open minded and intelligent, asks tough questions and offers sound advice. How about it Aleta?

You had an offer from Hayton before and you said you would consider it. Would you accept a shareholder offer if others are agreeable? You may even get that chance to have an audience with the powers that be in Zululand. If enough chip in, we may get more of our money's worth with you. If not you, then who...?
