Juli, Joe is looking at the possibility of issuing high yield bonds. I would think that this would be an excellent way to go and have encouraged him on this issue. The markets are hungry for high yield bonds right now, so I would think that we could get a decent interest rate, especially if you compare it to the rate on an equity offering. (G) Does this answer your question or were you suggesting other ways to raise cash?
