I sent them an e-mail this week-end. I'll post my findings as soon as I get a reply. In addition thereto, I tried contacting a corresponding attorney from the state of Florida. He was out on vacation. He should give me a call when he gets back. I've been quite busy lately preparing a prospectus. I should get some free time in the coming weeks. When I do, I will personally look up the applicable (if any) Florida state laws and by-laws with respect to the authorization of those shares. In my opinion, the answer will be provided by the SEC in the coming days, weeks. Kind Regards AK
