I am now making supositions for the SEc so take it fgor what it is worth: Why waste anything (resources) until they see that RMIL tries to trade. When they do they can step in. No need to do anything for the last eight months the 10 day halt took care of that.

Let me ask you a question I posed to Rich How do you feel about being lied to repeatedly by the company in SEC filings as well as direct/indirect communications?
