Hi Jalarmi. "good one" finished on an uptick!! <gg> OFF TOPIC MBP-VSE Marine Bio products. MBP is into Gelidium cultivation and agar extraction. They have some sort of proprietory process for extracting and cultivating both. They have 18,000,000 shares outstanding, I don't know how many fully dilluted! They have recently filed a preliminary prospectus in regards to a public offering of its shares. I was unable to find out how many shares they are issuing. This could be why the stock is falling. (off .25c today to $1.00) If you know anyone at Yorkton Securities or First Marathon Securities, they are offering these shares. They should be able to give you a copy of the prospectus. Apparently they intend to expand their "plant" production with the proceeds. I am unable to find out what "kind" of market value you should associate to Gelidium cultivation and agar extraction. What amount of global demand is for these products or how much is produced elsewhere or who there competitors are!! Good luck, if you want more help send me a private message the Chief
