Judy,
I doubt that the CSCO countersuit is frivolous, but I haven't looked at it other than surface. Likely based on patents held by STRM. If I were to take a guess, the tactic is on the line of "if you nuke me, I'll nuke you, so let's get back to conventional warfare". Of course the potential to get messy is there, and I believe that CSCO is prepared whichever direction this goes. I find CSCO's and LU's stock prices interesting. Do you think that October looming ahead has anything to do with LU's weakness? The countersuit? or just finding its own level?

Yes, LCOS was strong at the end of the day, fortunately they were weaker this morning and I was smart enough to listen to the little Judy voice in my head telling me that I was a bonehead (I know, you never actually said it). I sold this morning for a slightly negative trade.

I only hold CSCO and TXN right now, poking around to see what will interest me next. Since I have no feel for what will happen next, maybe going to Vegas will end up being cheaper. When do you think the Y2K stocks will rotate back into favor?
Tom
