Jurgen,

Dos Batch is the batch file language supported by MS DOS, PC Dos, and windows 95 and NT. Thats the beauty. If you want to get fancy you can take my techiques and apply them to winbatch or automate or VB Script (yuk), PERL, TCL or anything else that tickles your fancy. I used dos batch as its free and builtin to everyones PC. There are a couple of gnu utilities there to make the process easier....
