LOL, Josef, you can bet that's the last time I will ask if you have any questions. (:>)

I will ask about the connections tomorrow. However, if it gets too complex, I will let you call Greg and you can make your own inquiries. This is getting a bit out of hand.

Ok, Josef, here are some answers for you. From now on, please ask these questions yourself directly from the company. Greg's number is in the header.

Planet City Software took over the Planet City shell in May of this year. The old company (Planet City) was an Internet Mall. The new company, Planet City Software, acquired Millenium Solutions, which has the Y2K software fix (bug kit).

Planet City Graphics was affiliated with the old Planet City. Kaire and other companies were listed/advertised on the old Planet City website. This website is now under the auspices of PC Software and Kaire and other companies are tenants of this website. That is the only connection I am aware of.

Rudy Rupak is President of Millenium solutions and a director of Planet City Software.

Group West is not related to PC Software as I understand it. They are working on mainframe Y2K solutions.

I am sure you will still have more questions. Please call Greg with them.

As for Greg(as the company's representative) posting on SI, I have advised him against it, because it is a practice engaged in by very few companies and because I have seen company reps attacked and hassled on a couple of boards where they have posted. I think his energies are better used in their current capacities.

However, the company is open to such possibilities, and if they were to see considerable sentiment from shareholders requesting such participation, the company would consider it.

Hope that helps.
