Jurgen and ALl, Yep my examples use good ole dos batch. Note to those of your using more sophisticated scripting languages. I am not doing anything specific to dos batch to make all this work. They key to the whole automation is that gary added the proper command line flags to control all the QP programs automatically. You can do this from Perl, TCL, C/C++, Dos Batch, Winbatch, Automate or anything else. IN the other cases all you really need to do is mimic my calling of the program modules and pass them their correct flags. Hope this helps.... Any more questions??? you know where I live.... Sean
