I am buying ARIS. They have increased the company to #1 E-Commerce
provider.
Microsoft's Paul Allen bought 12% of ARIS
They are ranked 9th out of 112 in the computer services industry. They
are ranked higher than AOL, YHOO, SEEK, LCOS, KEA, CNET, UIS, XCIT, CS,
AUD, CHRZ, CNWK, HBOC, FISV, SMS, ELNK, and the list goes on and on.

CEO Brian Dearing has been turning things around. The float is very low and
their institutional ownership is very high. They had more new clients
(from
PRs) last quarter than usual. They were supposed to attain +ve cash flow
last quarter, I assume that they did. IMO could be getting ready for
another spike some time soon. Here is my collected dd:
ARI network services, NASDAQ small cap, ticker: ARIS. web page:
arinet.com
ARI Network Services, Inc. provides standards-based Internet-enabled
electronic commerce services to companies in selected industry sectors
with shared distribution channels. Revenues for the six months ended
1/31/98 rose 14% to $3.8 million. Net loss declined 30% to $1.5 million.
Results reflect an increase in revenues from the publishing and
equipment industries. Lower loss reflects a decrease in rent and
management consulting expense
1. 9 consecutive quarters of quarter over quarter revenue
growth.
2. Expected to attain net positive cash flow July 98.
3. Management expects that revenue for the full year will
increase by approximately 15-20% compared to fiscal 1997
4. Recently signed up three new customers

5. Good product, as attested to by their customers.
CEO Dearing has turned this company around. The quarter over
quarter revenue growth began with him. He has also recently been
promoted to Chairman of the Board. Paul Allen's investment
vehicle, Vulcan Ventures, is an investor in ARIS, and one of VV's
execs sit's on ARIS's board. This is an extremely close
connection to Microsoft.
CUSTOMERS
ARI serves customers primarily in the agribusiness, equipment,
transportation and publishing industries. The company's customers
include ABB, ADP, American Honda, Arctic Cat, Coachmen RV, Dow
AgroSciences, Dupont, Jayco, John Deere, Kohler, Mercury Marine,
